Basic But Effective Brain Training Exercise
A great exercise that I learnt from a Kinesiologist to help you balance out your thinking. Simply place a A4 or A3 piece of paper on the wall, start off in the centre and draw a figure of 8 out from the centre, and just let your eyes follow the pen but keep looking in the middle of the piece of paper.
Its really good way to make your hand writing neater, and helps you to think with both parts of your brain.
Brain Training Increases Memory
In this brief video, John Jonides of the University of Michigan explains how experiments have proven that humans have the ability to train and improve fluid intelligence. In their studies, only 15 minutes of training performed regularly for as little as 4 weeks has produced noticeable differences in memory, or working intelligence as it is also called.
Concentration Brain Training Music
The human mind can attune itself to music, thereby, becoming entrained by it. In this way, we can have our brainwaves synchronized to the various spectrums of the mind: alpha, beta, gamma wavelengths.
This is a sample of various kinds of music which can be used to train the mind and tune our brainwaves.
